Pamela took over the family photography business more than 20 years ago although the business was originally founded around 1959 by her father. Pamela knows almost every wedding venue within a 50 mile radius of Gretna Green intimately and as illustrated in the photograph gallery knows exactly where the best wedding photographs can be achieved. Moreover with Pamela's attention to detail you can be sure that your wedding photographs will each provide a lasting memory of your wedding day.
Pamela has a Licentiate qualification in Photography and in the early days saw the need to help couples arrange and organise their special day. She became the first local photographer to organise the whole event, including photographs, video, flowers, wedding cars etc, under her slogan 'book it all with one call' (since copied by many).
Pamela's Personal touch and attention to detail has ensured that the business has earned an enviable reputation for quality and care. Pamela books only one wedding a day so as to give the Bride and Groom her full attention.
When booking your wedding photography with Gretna Green Village Photographer we will have a minimum of one meeting prior to your wedding to plan the wedding photography. On your wedding day you can also be assured of our full attention throughout the day; from the bride's house (or hotel room) through to a mock cutting of the wedding cake at your wedding reception.

Their comfortable and inviting Photographic studio lends itself to all types of portraiture such as family groups, children, animals etc and Pamela says, "When booking our services we will offer you at least one in depth discussion prior to the date of your studio sitting or wedding."

Whilst videos may be created to your exact requirements a Typical Wedding Video may include; Pre Ceremony Coverage in and around your wedding Venue, Guests arriving for your wedding ceremony, The Wedding Ceremony then Video footage at Photo-Shoot Location.
Video includes: All Video Transitions, Music, titles & personalised video/DVD Covers.
I would like to take this opportunity to say how very happy we are with he photographs of our wedding day. We spent time with you in weeks before the wedding day discussing our important plans and Pam, you captured all those special moments which we wanted to remember and made it fun. The photographs are wonderful and although the service was efficient and professional it was relaxed and we did not feel rushed...just special on our wonderful wedding day.
